Our core mission:
Close the gender pay gap
The gender pay gap is wider in self-employment than in employment. How much female business owners earn is a feminist issue, with many complex, interwoven factors. We aim to de-stigmatise this important issue and raise financial equality and access for females and female-identifying individuals.
Improve literacy, numeracy, and other communication skills
Education is a basic human right. Yet even in wealthy nations such as Australia, we have huge gaps and unequal access which have a massive impact on entrepreneurship and social impact.
Support business owners
We support small business owners to lead with their values, deepen their impact, create greater financial acumen, viability and sutainability, and lift the owner’s mental health.
Promote the growth of social enterprises
Social enterprise is a form business model that combines enterprise and profits with social or environmental objectives, creating social good alongside financial sustainability. We believe this sector is ripe for growth!
Encourage diversity, equity & inclusion
Divergent thinking, experiences, and approaches are shown to have significant benefits to business. We aim to provoke critical thinking on outdated systems, while championing new, evidence-based approaches to positive social change.
